Tax Manager
Our client seeks an experienced Tax Manager to join their team! If you’ve been looking for a new opportunity, you won’t want to miss out on this chance to get your foot in the door with one of Portland's largest and longest-standing regional accounting firms with a varied and growing client base.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon or Vancouver, Washington.

Responsibilities of the Tax Manager

  • Oversee and mentor tax associates.
  • Review tax return packages for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assess SOPs for efficiency and suggest/implement process improvements.
  • Support business and clientele development.

Tax Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience; exposure to real estate, manufacturing, construction, and/or professional services preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Active or in-process CPA a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to effectively manage deadlines and competing priorities.

Salary: $120k+ and Bonus (DOE)
