Strategic Partner
Our client is seeking a Strategic Partner to drive organizational growth, foster strategic business alliances, and align business objectives with long-term goals. This role focuses on short- and long-term business direction, goals, and processes, including high-impact decision-making and strategic planning.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Strategic Partner Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to ensure successful growth and profitability, with a focus on program/project management and cross-functional stakeholder communication, conducting environmental scans and organizational analyses.
• Identify, investigate, and negotiate opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and strategic partnerships aligned with long-term organizational goals.
• Lead and drive a structured strategic business planning process, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met.
• Monitor business environment factors and recommend adjustments to strategic direction as needed.
• Collaborate with regional and functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketplace, and Brand Presentation at Retail, to develop and integrate strategic initiatives and objectives, aligning with annual and 3-year strategic plans.
• Define relevant performance metrics and drive accountability for progress against business and strategic objectives.
• Prepare for and co-lead the Quarterly Business Review process, ensuring clear reporting and alignment on goals.

Strategic Partner Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference for fields related to business, management, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant experience as a business/process leader or industry expert, ideally with expertise in Merchandising, Marketplace, or Brand strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, program/project management, business development, and organizational analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, foster stakeholder communication, and establish strategic alliances.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing at all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in developing and monitoring performance metrics.

Compensation: $69.72/hr. (DOE)
