Service Coordinator (Manufacturing)
Our manufacturing client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate has the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring seamless customer interactions while maintaining client records and providing exceptional service.

Service Coordinator (Manufacturing) Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling/logistics for field technician visits to customer sites.
• Provide clients with information, price quotations, and service order confirmations.
• Collaborate with various departments to process service orders, billing adjustments/credits, and cancellations.
• Maintain client records and handle product/pricing/service inquiries.
• Ad-hoc customer service and admin duties to support team.

Service Coordinator (Manufacturing) Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP required.
• Prior manufacturing, construction, or similar industry experience highly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with emphasis on providing stellar customer-service.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: $18-$22/hr.
