Senior Planning and Operations Specialist
Our Pacific Northwest client is looking for a hands-on full-time Senior Planning and Operations Specialist to join their team. This role will also be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the operations of a business unit's portfolio of projects.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Medford, Oregon.

Senior Planning and Operations Specialist Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of ongoing department projects.
• Lead annual planning processes to determine timelines, resources, metrics, and strategies for business needs.
• Prepare presentations for leadership and project stakeholders.
• Develop tools to track and document progress of projects, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal team members to gather data and provide updates.

Senior Planning and Operations Specialist Qualifications

• 5 years of related to program or project management.
• Experience with large complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders required.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Process and detail oriented with strong problem solving skills.

Salary: $80k-$100k (DOE)
