Senior Payroll Specialist
Our PNW client is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Payroll Specialist to join their close-knit westside team. This company provides generous benefits to its employees and top-notch service and care with a personalized experience to their customers and clients for 50 years.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Payroll Specialist Responsibilities   

• Maintain process documentation and support payroll system testing and enhancements.
• Serve as point person for third party vendors related to system issues.
• Analyze and resolve system errors.
• Perform reconciliations on payroll and timekeeping entries, correct discrepancies.
• Review payroll entries prior to processing and maintain payroll taxes ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Cross-train on payroll functions and provide coverage for team members.

Senior Payroll Specialist Qualifications 

• 4+ years of multi-state payroll and payroll tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of current payroll laws and compliance.
• Familiar with payroll systems and intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary: $65k-$80k + Bonus (DOE)
