Senior Full Stack Engineer
Our client, an AI-first software company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their small but mighty team. This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating product development, removing bottlenecks, and building scalable systems from front to back. This role is primarily a hybrid position with 2 days a week on-site.
Senior Full Stack Engineer Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using React (TypeScript) on the frontend and C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and GraphQL on the backend.
Manage and optimize SQL databases for reliability, performance, and modern reporting needs.
Architect scalable, secure solutions using microservices and distributed systems.
Maintain Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and leverage DevOps tools such as Docker and infrastructure-as-code.
Incorporate AI tools into your coding workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT), and explore emerging technologies to continuously improve development speed and quality.
Inherit and complete partially finished projects; independently research and execute complex technical solutions.
Collaborate with the CTO and product team to turn high-level ideas into tangible, high-quality software.
Coordinate and lead work with external consultants across multiple time zones.
Work cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment where ownership and adaptability are essential.
Senior Full Stack Engineer Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and backend technologies including C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
Experience working with GraphQL, SQL databases, and database performance optimization.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms.
Passion for emerging technologies, including hands-on experience using AI tools in software development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Compensation: $110-$130K (DOE)
