Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
Our manufacturing client is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Financial Analyst with a strong foundation in financial planning, pricing analysis, and partnering across all aspects of operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across teams, and enjoys translating complex financial data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-focused, and energized by strategic collaboration in a growing organization.
This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week on-site in McMinnville, Oregon.
Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in McMinnville, Oregon and surrounding area.
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial, R&D, and Operations teams to guide pricing strategies, product costing, and new product development.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, delivering insights that support strategic decisions and financial discipline.
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models to support scenario planning, margin analysis, and customer profitability.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting packages and KPIs that clearly communicate commercial performance and key financial trends.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to financial systems, tools, and best practices in reporting and planning.
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, Master’s in Finance or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of finance experience within a manufacturing or consumer products environment.
- Strong background in pricing, P&L ownership, and supporting other units as a financial business partner.
- Proficiency in large ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable information for non-financial stakeholders.
Compensation: $95K-$130K (DOE) + Bonus
