Senior Accountant
Our Portland client has an immediate need for a flexible full-time Senior Accountant that loves to problem solve to join their close-knit accounting team. If you’re a fast-paced, detail-oriented individual looking for a cross-functional and long-term accounting role, this may be the opportunity for you!

This role is anticipating a hybrid schedule and requires qualified candidates to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Process and record sales orders.
• Perform detailed inventory analysis.
• Support journal entry preparation and month-end close activities.
• Perform reconciliations against physical inventory and sales orders.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and government standards.

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of related accounting experience; manufacturing background required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and inventory accounting.
• Tech-savvy with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deadline-driven.

Salary: $75k-$85k + Bonus (DOE)
