Senior Accountant
Our privately-owned construction client seeks a flexible, hands-on Senior Accountant to join their team full-time! This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization that continues to grow year after year. Employees enjoy a casual work environment and stellar benefits.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Support Controller in overseeing accounting and finance functions.
• Consolidate and reconcile intercompany accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements; present findings to leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of data and compliance of processes with internal controls.
• Additional month and year end support as needed.

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; active or in-process CPA highly preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive multi-entity accounting experience including team leadership responsibility.
• Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or similar industry required.
• Familiarity with consolidations, financial analysis/reporting, and forecasting.
• Tech-savvy with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, large data sets).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Salary: $90k-$110k (DOE)
