Sales Administrative Receptionist
We’re seeking a resourceful and poised Sales Administrative Receptionist who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in providing top-tier internal and external support. This role calls for someone with sharp communication skills, a natural knack for organization, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, handles sensitive information discreetly, and brings steady energy and professionalism to every interaction.
This role is fully on-site Monday – Friday from 5:30AM – 2:00PM.
Must be able to work on-site, located on the East Side of Portland Metro.
Sales Administrative Receptionist Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally using a multi-line phone system.
- Support sales and customer service teams by managing documents, schedules, and requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, reinforcing brand presence.
- Prepare reports, conduct data audits, and process returns or pricing adjustments.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Sales Administrative Receptionist Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative or internal sales support experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication across various channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and phone handling.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude.
Compensation: $21-$23/hr. (DOE)
