Retail Buyer
This role is ideal for a highly collaborative retail buyer who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and brings both sharp commercial instincts and a genuine passion for sport. The ideal candidate is agile, resourceful, and excels at navigating cross-functional partnerships while driving impactful in-store assortments during a major global retail moment. Success in this role comes from strong retail intuition, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate insights into action.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Retail Buyer Responsibilities

• Support franchise and assortment health through precise buy, assort, and trade decisions across physical retail.
• Partner cross-functionally to execute seasonal and event-driven assortment strategies end-to-end.
• Analyze weekly business performance and surface actionable insights and trends.
• Execute assortment planning tools, templates, and system deliverables with accuracy.
• Maintain samples, tools, and operational processes to ensure smooth seasonal execution.

Retail Buyer Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven retail store buying experience with strong product and merchandising intuition.
• Passion for soccer and deep understanding of the associated consumer landscape.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated financial, analytical, and trading acumen within a retail environment.

Compensation: Up to $35.92/hr. (DOE)
