Recruiter
Our client seeks a dependable Recruiter to support their team on a contract basis. This role is needed for 3-6 months and could be extended further. The ideal candidate has experience with full cycle recruiting within a government-related entity or similar.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, onboarding).
• Collaborate with TA leaders to define needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for hiring quality production workers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Recruiter Qualifications

• At least 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices including DEI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
