Project Manger
Our client is seeking a Project Manager with Civil Engineering experience to join their team. This role is Hybrid.

Responsibilities
This position will serve as an associate project manager to manage the engineering department’s civil engineering standards, procedures, and design reviews.
The individuals will be responsible for providing technical oversight of civil engineering designs and coordinating detailed design and design reviews with third-party civil engineering firms.
The expectation is that the individual will be able to provide technical guidance on general civil engineering design and concepts, and will manage third-party civil engineering design reviews for more complex projects.
This will include managing schedule and budget and schedules for assigned work.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; or the equivalent combination of education.
Analytical, evaluation skills to review civil engineering design and concepts and manage third-party engineering and design.
Adept at following and developing engineering standards and procedures.
Project management skills to develop, monitor work agreements, budgets, determine specifications, schedules, timelines, define deliverables.
Interpersonal, communication skills to facilitate team efforts, provide guidance, direction to team members, communicate project objectives, parameters, status, outcomes.
Financial modeling to forecast and track expenditures.
Knowledge of project management techniques, the Company's business, applicable policies, procedures, and practices, and federal, state, and local laws.
Under general supervision, manages moderately complex projects/assignments.
Provides analysis, feasibility studies, establishes project goals, negotiates timelines/schedules, develops project plans.

Pay Rates: $40-50/hr
