Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist their organization remotely in Beaverton, Oregon. The Project Coordinator will process work orders in the clients enterprise system, learn and navigate the National Joint Utility System (NJUNS), multi task, and provide ticket creation and backlog support via email, Maximo, and other communications. This position also requires research via GIS systems on the client and Foreign owned poles, billing creation, and customer outreach via phone and or email.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

  • This position is the client's subject matter expert regarding NJUNS, and use of NJUNS across the industry and the company.
  • Process controller for NJUNS – ensure consistency across the company and licensees for ticket process flow to encourage efficient work processing.
  • Coordinate the multiple tasks associated with licensees on company poles and company on poles owned by others initiated through NJUNS.
  • Monitor actions required by the company and act accordingly to ensure the company is acting timely and appropriately per contracts and Oregon Administrative Rules.
  • Determine whether tickets need an inspector and assign work orders through Maximo as necessary.

Project Coordinator Qualifications

  • Highschool Diploma.
  • Microsoft Suite Products experience.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Utility experience or appropriate comparable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task high volumes of work.

Preferred:

  • National Joint Utility System experience.

Compensation: Up to $34.92/hr. (DOE)
