Senior Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategic vision and execution of their dynamic travel marketplace. This pivotal role combines leadership, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful solutions that fuel business growth and elevate user experiences. Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the executive team, the Product Managerwill play a critical role in shaping product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company’s overarching objectives.

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the strategic direction of a three-sided travel experience marketplace, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, business goals, and user needs.
  • Create and execute strategies to deepen user engagement and drive revenue, focusing on scalable and impactful solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that reimagine group travel by leveraging market insights and user feedback to craft cutting-edge solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, data, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product vision and objectives. Provide leadership in solving complex challenges and decision-making.
  • Champion user-centric approaches in all product decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and preferences.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate product strategies and updates to all stakeholders, fostering alignment and engagement across the organization.
  • Develop creative solutions to address complex business challenges, continuously refining the product strategy for long-term growth and success.
  • Drive the evolution of product development processes, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering world-class products.

Senior Product Manager Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading consumer-facing software development and successfully shipping impactful products.
  • Strong understanding of web applications and marketplace technologies.
  • Experience driving product strategy for marketplace platforms or similarly complex systems.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and articulate a cohesive product strategy that aligns with company goals and user needs.
  • Proficiency in design and UX principles, with a focus on user-centered experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with research teams or conducting user interviews to inform product decisions.
  • Passion for engaging with users to gather insights and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams and driving results in fast-paced environments.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Compensation: $150-$160K (DOE)
