Process Engineer
Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to support equipment optimization and production efficiency in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for proactive problem-solvers who are eager to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable cost savings.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

Process Engineer Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machinery and workflow, minimizing downtime.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
• Clearly articulate project contributions, including cost-saving impacts and problem-solving methodologies.

Process Engineer Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
• Ability to translate process optimizations into quantifiable financial impact.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset, eager to drive continuous improvement.

Salary: $80k-$110k/year. (DOE)
