Part-Time Compensation Analyst
Our client seeks an experienced Compensation Analyst to support their team for up to 10 hours a week. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in compensation strategy, pay equity, people analytics, and HR practices, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years in people management.
This is a remote role. Preference will be given to those available to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
Compensation Analyst Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Compensation and HRIS team, setting strategic goals and overseeing initiatives to drive performance and collaboration.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with pay equity laws.
- Drive people analytics strategy, providing insights to inform decisions on HR performance, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Oversee and optimize HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and manage HR policies, providing guidance and conducting regular policy reviews.
Compensation Analyst Qualifications
- At least 5 years in Compensation Analysis and 3 years in people management; CCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Senior-level experience in People Analytics, HR Practices, and Performance Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Oregon Pay Equity Law and Employment Laws.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in negotiation, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and on budget.
Salary: $40-$50/hr. (DOE)
