Office Manager
Our client seeks an experienced Office Manager to join their team and oversee their Admin team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and working with a collaborative group in a small business environment.

Responsibilities of the Office Manager

  • Delegate administrative tasks amongst administrative support team.
  • Provide administrative and project-management support to sales team.
  • Review and process complex purchase orders ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor product orders and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and resolve issues with customer orders.
  • Process PTO requests and accruals.
  • Additional administrative duties as needed.

Office Manager Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant experience; automotive, manufacturing, or other mechanical parts related industry preferred.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personable and customer-service focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar ecommerce platform a plus.
  • Flexible and team-oriented with the ability to effectively delegate and support administrative tasks.

Salary: $70k – $90k (DOE)
