Top 5 Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation of clinical best practices and patient care delivery systems across multiple locations.
Manage cross-functional hospital operations, ensuring 24/7 delivery of high-quality, safe patient care.
Drive workforce development through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
Oversee resource allocation, equipment management, compliance readiness, and cost control initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and care teams to improve care outcomes and streamline operations.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Oregon RN license
BLS certification
BSN + 5 years of clinical and operational experience
4+ years of leadership experience in healthcare

Qualifications
Active Oregon RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at time of hire.
Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) with at least 5 years of patient care experience.
Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations or business-related clinical leadership.
At least 4 years in a leadership capacity (with or without direct reports).
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and change management.

Nice-to-Have Skills
PALS certification (American Heart Association)
ANCC certification in a related clinical area
Proficiency in business process improvement and data-informed decision making
Experience leading emergency preparedness and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with survey readiness and regulatory compliance best practices

Compensation: $170k – $198k (DOE)
