National Sales Manager – Construction
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and execution across the United States. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships within the infrastructure construction sector.

This role is onsite in Woodburn, Oregon.

National Sales Manager – Construction Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities, and large-scale civil works.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government agencies, contractors, and engineering firms.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales representatives to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive leadership.

National Sales Manager – Construction Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in construction or infrastructure sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure projects and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
