Machine Operator
Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their growing team in a clean, modern, and temperature-controlled facility. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, high-growth healthy food manufacturing company that offers stability, strong benefits, and room for advancement.

Location: Onsite in McMinnville, Oregon

Schedule Options:

• Shift 1: Sunday – Every Other Wednesday, Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Shift 2: Sunday – Every Other Wednesday, Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Shift 3: Every Other Wednesday – Saturday, Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Shift 4: Every Other Wednesday – Saturday, Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Set up machines, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Prepare ingredient mixtures according to specified recipes and monitor product quality throughout the process.
• Ensure that products are properly packaged and labeled, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks on production output, including monitoring the consistency of mixes, packaging welds, and proper stacking of finished goods.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve operational challenges.

Machine Operator Qualifications

• No prior experience required, willingness to learn and grow in a production environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
• Capable of managing changing priorities and embracing new challenges.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to consistently show up on time and be committed to maintaining the work schedule, including occasional overtime.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Compensation: $20.63/hr + $2.50 night differential with opportunities for overtime and advancement.
