Key Account Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Boise, Idaho. This high-impact role is critical to fostering strategic partnerships and driving technical collaborations with key accounts in the memory and semiconductor sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, with preference given to those who have direct experience as an Application Manager, Key Account Technologist, or technical user within major memory-focused organizations.
This role is a hybrid model in Boise, Idaho. Some travel may be required.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities
- Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders at major accounts in the memory and semiconductor industries.
- Identify and connect with technical and operational decision-makers to expand client presence and drive adoption of technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide Technical Review Management (TRM) expertise to support enhanced client engagement and value-added solutions.
- Collaborate across departments to facilitate new orders and ensure seamless communication and execution of technical projects.
- Leverage existing business relationships within the memory industry to strategically expand the client’s footprint and uncover new opportunities.
Key Account Manager Qualifications
- Preferred Experience: Background as an Application Manager, Key Account Technologist, or technical user within memory-focused organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the semiconductor and memory sectors, with an ability to align technical capabilities with client needs.
- Proven success in account management, business development, or a similar role focused on building and expanding strategic relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across various levels of client organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations professionally and drive resolutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at uncovering new opportunities for business growth.
Salary: $150k-$200k/year + bonus. (DOE)
