Human Resources & Office Manager
Our client seeks an experienced Human Resources & Office Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate is flexible and enjoys wearing many hats.
Human Resources & Office Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee hiring/onboarding and termination/offboarding.
- Assist with recruiting activities including job posting management, interview scheduling, hiring process tracking, and I-9 documentation.
- Administer health and benefit plans including enrollments and changes.
- Research and respond to employee HR inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS to ensure compliance.
- Ad-hoc event planning for company events and admin/reception/office support.
Human Resources & Office Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience including hiring/onboarding and termination/offboarding duties.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and basic recruiting processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with using HRIS (ADP or similar preferred).
- Highly organized with effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail/accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $65k-$85k + Bonus (DOE)
