Human Resources Manager
Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee HR functions across multiple departments within their organization. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and is committed to supporting company policies, driving safety goals, and fostering employee engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for cultivating a positive and productive workplace.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, team relations, and adherence to company policies.
• Lead recruitment, new employee orientation, and the resolution of complex personnel matters, ensuring alignment with corporate values and legal standards.
• Manage the HR Department budget, HR KPIs, and employee safety initiatives.
• Advise leadership on organizational policies and provide ongoing support for performance management, compensation, and safety programs.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and drive improvements in HR practices to optimize organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing environments; global company experience preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience, ideally in a multi-site setting.
• Proven experience in HR system management (e.g., ADP, SAP), and labor/employment law compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, benefits administration, and safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation: $90k–$125k (DOE)
