Human Resources Manager
Our well-established manufacturing client seeks a knowledgeable HR Manager to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in working for a century-old organization.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager

• Lead hiring processes and support recruiting functions.
• Offer training, performance management, and conflict resolution to retain employees.
• Perform employee benefit administration and oversee compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws/regulations and alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform analysis to suggest, develop, and implement effective HR strategies across the organization.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience including prior supervisory responsibility.
• Exposure to manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $70k-$90k (DOE)
