Human Resources Manager
Our well-established manufacturing client seeks a knowledgeable HR Manager to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in working for a century-old organization.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager
- Lead hiring processes and support recruiting functions.
- Offer training, performance management, and conflict resolution to retain employees.
- Perform employee benefit administration and oversee compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with laws/regulations and alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform analysis to suggest, develop, and implement effective HR strategies across the organization.
Human Resources Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience including prior supervisory responsibility.
- Exposure to manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Salary: $70k-$90k (DOE)
