Human Resources (HR) Director
Our manufacturing client has an immediate opening for a proactive and forward-thinking Human Resources (HR) Director to join their collaborative team! This is an exciting role has high visibility and provides an opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on a rapidly growing company with innovative products.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources (HR) Director

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, employee development, talent acquisition, and retention.
  • Supervise HR team.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Escalate potential HR risks and issues to ensure compliance.
  • Report to management by analyzing data and using HR metrics to drive business decisions.

Human Resources (HR) Director Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience overseeing all HR and TA operations and team.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or similar industry required; Familiar with start-up environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and HR management principles and best practices.
  • Proficient with ERP Systems (SAP) and Paychex or similar.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and decision making skills.

Salary: $140k-$180k (DOE)
