HR / Employee Experience Manager (Hybrid)
Our reputable local client seeks a dynamic and strategic leader to join their team as the HR / Employee Experience Manager to oversee human resources functions and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in HR strategy, employee relations, and performance management, paired with strong communication and leadership skills to drive organizational growth and employee development.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days a week onsite in Portland, Oregon.

HR / Employee Experience Manager Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business goals, supporting organizational growth and change.
• Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and design engagement programs.
• Optimize performance management systems, providing training and development opportunities.
• Oversee policy development and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Lead talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and employee onboarding processes.

HR / Employee Experience Manager Qualifications

• Must have experience in food and beverage or manufacturing industry.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience in structured work environments.
• At least 3 years as an HR Generalist supporting hourly employees.
• Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, and compensation/benefits administration.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, tax regulations, and benefits programs.
• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Compensation: $100k-$125k (DOE)
