Governance Analyst
Our client is seeking a Governance Analyst to assist their organization in Beaverton, Oregon. Our client needs a team member that has a deep respect for the management and use of data, with a track record of delivering strong execution. They are looking for someone who can work well cross-functionally and will add knowledge, experience, and character to the teams.
Governance Analyst Responsibilities
Data Reporting and Analytics:
Develop a tableau reporting solution for a data quality dashboard.
Interview business stakeholders to identify critical reporting needs.
Communicate to Technology teams’ business requirements for necessary reporting capabilities within the program.
Data Migration:
Pre-load and post-load the program data validation for QA and Prod environments.
Data conversion and cleanup activities in partnership with tech and business partners.
Data change exceptions management during the blackout periods.
Training and Job Aids: – Ongoing
Support User Acceptance Training by providing relevant materials and test cases.
Partner with the Transition manager to create job aids to be leveraged in the program Training toolkit.
Update job aids relevant for every geo where the program will be implemented.
Support program user’s training and training rollout.
Who You Will Work With
Reporting directly to the Global Partner Governance Director with direct support to the Customer Management Platform Business manager.
Active collaboration with Technical Product Managers and Tech developers.
Working with cross-functional teams across Marketplace Partners, Direct to consumer, programs, both at a Geo and Global level, as well as Technology, CDD, and analytics teams.
Governance Analyst Qualifications
2+ years of experience.
Strong Data analytic technical and operational experience (SQL, Tableau).
Complex program/process experience.
Familiarity with account management and commercial experience.
Meaningful experience with policies and data governance.
Ability to lead cross-functional work streams and business development projects.
Digital/retail affinity.
Compensation: $30-$35/hr. (DOE)
