Fiscal Manager
Our Portland client is looking for a full-time Fiscal manager to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping improve the lives of others.

Fiscal Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial functions for the organization.
• Responsible for budgeting, reporting, and cash and investment management.
• Prepare month-end close, GL, reconciliations, payroll, benefit costs, and AP/AR.
• Serve as the main point of contact for audits and external CPA firm.
• Implement internal controls and maintain fiscal policies and procedures.
• Present financial information to internal stakeholders for strategic planning and risk management.

Fiscal Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience including managing financials and hands-on accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; non-profit experience a plus.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to interact with all levels of an organization.

Salary: $85k-$105k (DOE)
