Financial Reporting Manager

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Reno, Nevada.

Financial Reporting Manager Responsibilities 

• Prepare financial statements, filings, and reporting for multiple entities ensuring compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations (Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K) and industry specific requirements.
• Research, analyze, and translate complex financial data to drive strategic planning and decision making.
• Serve as subject matter expert for technical accounting matters for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Oversee and lead financial audits. 
• Develop and implement continuous improvements for procedures and best practices.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and special department projects.

Financial Reporting Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive technical accounting and finance experience. 
• Well-versed with financial reporting, SEC filings, and translating financial findings to operational impacts. 
• Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
• Proficient with MS Excel and reporting systems/databases.

Salary: $110k-$130k (DOE)
