Financial Analyst
Our growing client is looking for a collaborative Financial Analyst to make an impact on their team. Come join a highly energetic company who believes in making a difference in the community.   

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Vancouver, Washington.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Prepare report packages and dashboards, and perform variance analysis.
• Track key metrics and maintain models for calculations.
• Provide accurate data for presentations to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and projects.
• Improve forecasting methods and analytics within reporting tools.

Financial Analyst Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 
• 3 years of forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience; exposure to large multi-entity organizations preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts/modeling and database skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel superuser with the ability to manage large sets of complex data.
• Proficiency with ERP systems required; Power BI or similar software highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Salary: $85k-$95k (DOE)
