Financial Analyst
Our Portland client is looking for a full-time Financial Analyst to support forecasting, rate developments, and process improvements for the organization. This is a great opportunity to get on board with a longstanding company with a great reputation in the healthcare industry!

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to occasionally commute to offices in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst

  • Perform forecasting and make recommendations to management and external stakeholders for decision making.
  • Provide deliverables for initiatives, programs, RFPs, and bids.
  • Work with external members and actuaries to obtain the best pricing and rates.
  • Perform trend and cost analysis on rates and spending.
  • Prepare reports and presentations and drive process improvements.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

  • 2 years of financial analysis experience; rate development experience preferred.
  • Familiar with healthcare, Medicaid, and Medicare preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Salary: $75k-$92k (DOE)
