Finance Manager
Our client is looking for a full-time Finance Manager to join their team. This role is a highly visible key position to the Finance team. For the past 50+ years, this organization has grown tremendously expanding their operations and services across the Pacific Northwest.

This is a remote position, but candidate must occasionally commute to offices in Beaverton, Oregon.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Oversee daily treasury and cash management activities.
• Strategize with executive team to increase profitability.
• Analyze pricing and product rates and provide findings to leaders for adjustments.
• Utilize trends to support financial outlook and evaluate risks.
• Support and lead team members.

Finance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar field; CFA, MBA, or CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting, and modeling experience.
• Financial services or banking industry required.
• Experience with asset and liability management (ALM) highly preferred.
• Proficient with Axiom or similar system highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Salary: $100k-$110k + Bonus (DOE)
