ERP Supply Chain Manager
We are hiring an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Supply Chain Manager (SCM) Manager to provide leadership and direction in the management of the company’s ERP system. You will manage and prioritize enhancements, ideas, and day to day maintenance of the ERP. This role plans and implements and professionally communicates complex technical information / processes to key stakeholders. Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Planning (MRP, material resource planning), Inventory Management (physical inventory counts, cycle counts, receiving, shipping), Manufacturing (routings, work orders), Maintenance (fixtures, facilities), Procurement, Logistics, Product Life Cycle Management (including quality), Sales Order Management, etc.

ERP Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities 
Manage and execute the full ecosystem of ERP-SCM including internal and external stakeholders, business processes (innovation to commercialization, plan to produce, source to settle, order to cash, and maintain to optimize), technology configuration, operational data / analytics on process health, ERP vendor updates, and overall efficiency and effectiveness of ERP-SCM.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to successfully analyze, financially justify, initiate, plan, execute, and monitor the company’s ERP continuous improvement.
Help to identify continuous improvement in processes and offers solutions to promote efficiency.
Coordinate with functions/departments and teams throughout the company to establish staffing and project plans for specific system enhancement projects including references to industry best practices.
Assist with collecting customer requirements, defines and prioritizes projects to deliver results. Recent examples include working with suppliers on deployment of an ERP supplier portal to improve communication and transparency into key transactions.
Partner with internal customers (operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, etc.) to analyze the business requirements and objectives needed to effectively maintain the ERP system.
Partner with external service providers to manage and prioritize issues, enhancements, budgets, and resources. 
Develop custom reports to support business users.
Manage and support enterprise integrations with ERP for extensions such as barcoding, scanning, EDI, time and attendance, etc.
Assess and oversee the ongoing departmental training needs related to enhancements and upgrades.
Coordinate upgrade testing and deployments.
Ensure that all levels of the business are informed and collaborating effectively on fixes, enhancements, and upgrades.

ERP Supply Chain Manager Qualifications
Demonstrated ERP experience (Oracle ERP Fusion preferred).
Previous management experience.
BA/BS Degree. 
Preferred: project Management certification.
Proven understanding of business processes, ERP configuration and report writing.
Ability to foster team (internal and external) commitment to tasks quality and execution.
Ability to influence key individuals inside and outside of own group.
Excellent organization and communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Verifiable production support and project experience.

Salary: $110-140K (DOE)
