Equity Compensation Analyst (Remote)
Our client is seeking an Equity Compensation Analyst who can quickly step in to support a high-performing team during a critical coverage period. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who thrives in data-heavy environments, works independently with confidence, and collaborates seamlessly across cross-functional partners. This role calls for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable—someone who can maintain accuracy, navigate complex equity processes, and contribute to smooth operations with minimal supervision.
This role is fully remote.
Equity Compensation Analyst (Remote) Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration of global equity compensation programs, including grants, transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across equity processes, partnering with financial reporting, compliance, tax, payroll, and HR teams.
- Troubleshoot data issues and support process improvements, contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Assist with audit activities, SOX controls, and maintaining documentation for regulatory and internal requirements.
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to internal stakeholders and help communicate equity processes as needed.
Equity Compensation Analyst (Remote) Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of hands-on equity compensation experience; knowledge of equity principles and regulations required.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Degree preferred; CEP certification, Workday, Deloitte GAIN, and equity vendor systems (Fidelity, Schwab) experience are strong pluses.
Compensation: Up to $43.33/hr. (DOE)
