Entry Level Production Associate (Multiple Shifts Available)
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Associate to join their growing production team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern facility dedicated to producing high-quality food products. Ideal candidates will bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
This role is fully onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift 1 Sunday – Every Other Wednesday (5AM–5PM)
- Day Shift 2 Every Other Wednesday – Saturday (5AM–5PM)
- Night Shift 1 – Sunday – Every other Wednesday (5PM-5AM)
- Night Shift 2 – Every other Wednesday – Saturday (5PM-5AM)
Entry Level Production Associate Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and adjust manufacturing equipment to support production lines.
- Monitor product quality and machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent results.
- Prepare and mix ingredients or oversee product packaging to meet established standards.
- Inspect production processes for accuracy, including product appearance, packaging integrity, and final output.
- Support team goals by maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.
Entry Level Production Associate Qualifications
- No prior machine operation experience required; training will be provided.
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct issues quickly.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with adaptability to shift priorities as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively. All materials will be provided in English.
Compensation: $20.63 + night shift differential.
