Enterprise Architect, Fulfillment
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for setting the vision for the organization’s technological roadmap. Enterprise Architects work across teams to guide engineers in the creation of complex systems and ensure teams are accountable to our organizational standards. They represent our engineering organization across and outside the company and stay connected with the latest industry trends. Enterprise Architects gives engineers the tools and guidance they need to design and implement high quality software systems, and work to grow the overall strength of our organization. The Enterprise Architect reports to the Sr. Engineering Manager

This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities
Work with other members of the Architecture team to craft and realize the vision of our technical roadmap.
Create processes that ensure teams are delivering high-quality software in a consistent fashion, without restricting creativity.
Represent engineering across the company, and act as an ambassador to the overall tech community
Advocate for our team while conducting vendor selection and integration with 3rd party software providers.
Set standards and lead the team in the creation of world-class, audience-appropriate documentation and diagramming to demystify complex systems.
Coordinate with team members in Engineering Leadership to help develop the organization’s holistic approach to software development and engineering growth.
Work with members of the Product, Design, and Delivery organizations to reduce friction and improve outcomes.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications.
10+ years shipping and supporting high-scale, high-performance web applications in a cloud environment.
4+ years designing CRM implementations integrating w/ 3rd Party enterprise systems & technologies.
Mastery in web application architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, deployment, monitoring, security.
Solid understanding of networking, security, application and data architecture patterns used in SaaS and PaaS.
Expert in defining and presenting transitional systems architectures using standard modeling languages.
Deep exposure in Salesforce Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing clouds.
Storied experience w/ Salesforce build, test & release of configurations and development assets.
Storied experience building solutions in APEX, Lightning, HTML, JavaScript, Java, Docker, Azure, AWS or GCP.
Significant experience building enterprise software in an Agile and DevOps SDLC environments.

Salary range $162,000 – 191,000 per year (DOE)
