Document Management Specialist
Our client has an immediate need for a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Management Specialist to support their onsite team in Lewiston, Idaho. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a large well-known organization.

Document Management Specialist Responsibilities 

  • Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail. 
  • Coordinate internal onsite deliveries and pickups.
  • Prepare and email photocopies and scans.
  • Create and edit electronic documents.
  • Maintain and track imaging logs daily. 
  • Assist with data entry and perform filing.

Document Management Specialist Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent education. 
  • 6+ months of administrative/office support experience. 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and navigating electronic documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. 

Salary: $14+/hr. (DOE)
