Our client seeks a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is on-site in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Bridgeport, West Virginia and the surrounding area. 

Disbursements Representative Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for payment using automated billing and accounting systems.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and compliance with PO terms; reject incomplete or incorrect submissions.
• Serve as first-line support for inquiries related to reimbursements, payments, and expense reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on PO, billing, and reconciliation issues.
• Support SAP system users and assist with 1099 preparation and related tasks as needed.

Disbursements Representative Qualifications

• Must have AP and/or disbursements experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in automated accounting and billing systems (SAP or similar preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills, especially for vendor and partner interactions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoicing procedures, and tax documentation (e.g., 1099s).

Compensation: $26/hr.
