Director of Human Resources
Our Gold Seal of Approval awarded healthcare client seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources to join their HR team! This is a great opportunity to provide leadership within a well-established and respected organization that provides life-changing services to the community.

Director of Human Resources Responsibilities

• Oversee HR team members working at multiple locations.
• Collaborate on development and implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals.
• Direct talent acquisition processes, planning, and employee retention efforts.
• Develop compensation packages and benefit plans.
• Provide up to date information on employee policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and audit support.

Director of Human Resources Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive HR experience including previous supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation management, and training/development functions.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal HR/employment laws and regulations.
• Background in healthcare or similar field highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Salary: $90k-$100k (DOE)
