Director of Finance
Our Portland area client is looking for a hands-on Director of Finance to join their team full-time. This company is continuously expanding and provides an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys serving as a financial partner in addition to managing and leading monthly processes.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Director of Finance Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements; present findings to leadership. 
• Manage cash flow forecasts; drive strategic business decisions based on findings. 
• Assist with tax filings and audits ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise finance/accounting team member. 
• Support payroll processing and invoicing functions.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.

Director of Finance Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Progressive finance and accounting experience with a strong understanding of GAAP. 
• Tech-savvy with Excel and ERP systems.
• Highly organized with strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage processes and turn vision into results.

Salary: $110k-$130k + Bonus (DOE)
