Director of Finance
Our westside client is looking for a full-time Director of Finance to join their team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a highly hands-on position involved with finance and accounting functions for a very mission-driven non-profit organization.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Director of Finance Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and strategies.
• Monitor cash accounts and investments.
• Responsible for financial reporting, general ledger accounts analysis, and reconciliations.
• Supervise accounting and operational/administrative teams.
• Maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Support annual audits and internal controls.

Director of Finance Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with knowledge in GAAP; non-profit or government preferred.
• Bachelor's in Finance or Business highly preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and Excel.
• Effective communication and presentations skills to interact with all levels of an organization.

Salary: $90k-$125k (DOE)
