Director of Customer Service & Sales Support (Manufacturing) 
Our client is looking for a strategic and creative leader to join their sales support and customer service team on a full-time basis. This company takes pride in their innovative high-quality products and gold-level customer service. Successful candidates will have experience within manufacturing and enjoy working on-site in a collaborative office environment. 
 
Director of Customer Service & Sales Support (Manufacturing) Responsibilities                  

  • Oversee, train, and mentor team members of the sales support and customer service team.
  • Keep up to date knowledge on current products and market trends.
  • Evaluate and identify areas to improve processes to create efficiencies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain sales reports and analyze findings to drive growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for product developments and improvements to maintain compliance.
  • Respond and provide solutions to customer escalations.
  • Occasional travel and attend events as needed. 

Director of Customer Service & Sales Support (Manufacturing) Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience related to sales support, sales reporting, analytics, sales channels, and customer service and/or order management.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supervising/leading a team.
  • Previous manufacturing and/or healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field preferred.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and strong Excel required.
  • Exceptional business partnering and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects and deadlines. 

Salary: $150k-$180k + Bonus (DOE)
