Digital Marketing Operations Manager
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead both tactical and strategic initiatives within our client’s Digital Content & Design team. This pivotal role demands an seasoned professional, ideally with experience in the realm of digital marketing, ensuring a seamless transition into the position. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of leadership prowess, collaborative spirit, and effective communication skills. With a penchant for patience and the ability to collaborate across diverse groups, you’ll be instrumental in driving operational excellence within our dynamic team.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Digital Marketing Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead global design and copy sprint workflow and execution.
  • Track and plan resource allocation effectively.
  • Manage the project lifecycle of seasonal visual design systems and narrative frameworks.
  • Assist in updating and governing our online Standards & Guidelines/Onboarding portal.
  • Document new processes and best practices as necessary.
  • Understand and execute against the team’s strategic vision and goals.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work within set timelines and budgets.

Digital Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-8 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Slack, MS Office, Figma, and Box.
  • Experience with resource management and capacity tracking.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with paid media, including paid social and online video/motion.
  • Proven success in data-driven strategic thinking and process optimization.
  • Outstanding team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space, with a strong knowledge of digital commerce, performance marketing, A/B testing, and UX.
  • Connection to streetwear culture and a natural passion for staying abreast of the latest market trends.

Compensation: $50.17/hr.
