Digital Designer
Our client is seeking a Digital Designer to assist their organization in New York, New York. The Digital Designer supports the in-house digital production team within the Creative Team to execute and deliver high-quality assets across a global brand. The Digital Designer supports the online team and cross-functional departments in developing elevated, on-brand, digital designs and experiences on the company website. This is an extremely collaborative position in a fast-paced business that requires a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and empathy.
Digital Designer Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop creatives for bi-weekly site refreshes, promotional banners, landing page experiences and social media.
Design intuitive UX solutions for shopping and representative experiences.
Concept and art direct photography for online exclusive content when needed.
Partner closely with copywriters & content strategists to brainstorm and ideate concepts.
Develop and maintain design standards and templates in Creative Cloud library.
Manage multiple projects in various stages of production to ensure all timelines are met.
Execute best practices in user-centric design for desktop, mobile, email and social media.
Understanding of relevant beauty, fashion and design trends and how they relate to the business.
Digital Designer Qualifications
5+ years of Design experience preferably in fashion/beauty e-commerce. B2B experience a plus.
Must present an online portfolio that shows composition and layout design with strong typography and high-end photography.
Deep expertise using Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of UX principles and best practices.
Experience in designing wireframes, flows and visual prototypes using Figma or other UX platforms.
Collaborative and open-minded working style.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Compensation: $43-$45/hr. (DOE)
