Design Technology Associate
Our client is looking for a Design Technology Associate for solutions configuration with transitions between visual thinking and table-based thinking. Creates Project Structures and processes Task List submissions in Smartsheet, in addition to template management across Project and Employee Structures. Supports in knowledgebase management, including documentation creation and curation plus site permissions management in Igloo. Comfort in public speaking to conduct trainings and broadcast announcements.
This is a hybrid position in Des Plaines, IL, onsite Tuesday & Wednesday.
Design Technology Associate Responsibilities
Solutions Configuration:
Workshop Facilitation with Leadership and Managers to define challenges and objectives to formalize solutions strategy.
Solutions Buildout and Review.
Documentation, Deployment and Training Client Structure.
Set-up and Maintenance of Client Structure.
Set-up of Client-specific Intranet resources.
Set-up of Client Brandmarks Project Structure.
Workshop with Account Managers to define Project and Program Structure.
Set-up and Maintenance of Project Structure.
Integration and Management of Client-Issued Milestones.
Project Creation at Intake Checklist Submission.
Task List Submissions Processing.
Drawing Standards Submissions Processing.
Due Diligence Submissions Processing.
Support in Master Checklist Maintenance.
Employee Structure:
Set-up and Maintenance of Employee Structure.
Personal Dashboard Formatting Support.
Facilitation of Admin Task / Training Structure.
Management of Profile Photos Staffing.
Daily processing of Staffing sheets and reports.
Maintenance of firm-wide reporting.
Design Technology Associate Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant focus, with at least 2 years of related experience.
Experience with Excel or Smartsheet, including formulas and syntax.
Experience with Miro, Mural or other diagramming platforms.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
Experience Facilitating Solutions Workshops.
Experience with HTML and CSS.
Compensation: $65K–$80K (DOE)
