Data Engineer
Our client is looking for a Data Engineer in a 100% remote position. You will help to build data infrastructure and enable them to be a data driven company. Data is deeply embedded into the culture and rely on it to guide decision making and improve the customer experience across all products.

This role is fully remote

Data Engineer Responsibilities
Own data infrastructure. You will be expected to drive improvements in systems and processes.
Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines from diverse data sources. You believe in things like automation and monitoring, and the freedom they bring.
Leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery. We ship code daily to our customers and we want the same from our data infrastructure.
Work with cross functional agile teams to continuously learn and deliver product value.
Work across the organization to deliver new learning and insights based on data. This would include partnering with the commercial teams on ad-hoc projects and work closely with our Data Analysis team.

Who you are:
You are a strong communicator who builds relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
You are curious and capable of tackling loosely defined problems.
You have professional experience with data modeling, storage, and access techniques. Strong SQL skills are a must. Ideally, you have worked with concepts like a data warehouse, ETL, and star schema before.

Salary: $150,000 (DOE)
