Customer Support Specialist (Retention)
Our global technology client has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their retention group! This is a stellar opportunity to gain professional experience in an exciting industry.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on-site in Westminster, Colorado.
Customer Support Specialist (Retention) Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to address customer issues and concerns.
- Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain documentation of interactions in CRM system.
- Escalate and route calls as needed.
- Support ongoing process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Perform research to suggest product improvements.
Customer Support Specialist (Retention) Qualifications
- 3 years of sales and customer support experience.
- Customer-service focused with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite required.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: $20-$22/hr. (DOE)
