Customer Support Specialist
Our local manufacturing client has an immediate need for a Customer Support Specialist to support their team!  If you are tech-savvy, loves problem solving, and are an expert multi-tasker, this could be an exciting opportunity to gain professional experience within a dynamic team-oriented organization.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chats and provide technical support. 
  • Document customer activity and identify solutions to resolve service failures. 
  • Place orders for parts and verify warranties. 
  • Process refunds, issue credits, and file claims. 
  • Follow up with internal and external customers on order statuses and requests. 
  • Ability to work weekends required. 

Customer Support Specialist Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, order management related roles. 
  • Excellent communicator and customer-focused; bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work weekends required. 

Salary: $19+/hr. (DOE)

Benefits are available to eligible VanderHouwen contractors and include coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and matching 401k.
