Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, personalized information and guidance to customers across multiple systems and channels.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries or transaction issues while maintaining service level standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats to enhance customer understanding.
• Document interactions thoroughly and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements and share feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience; associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Adaptable and capable of balancing defined procedures with sound judgment when handling unique situations.
